North Hills Christian School Reviews

While academics are stressed for sure, having fun is not. I've been at the school many times in the middle of the day and rarely see the children smiling or laughing. I've seen elementary students get in trouble for not walking in a perfectly straight line in the hallway. It all seems very rigid. We want our children to succeed academically, but they also need to enjoy going to school. Like the previous reviewer said, there is nothing going on outside of the classroom time. My children did not interact with their classmates outside of school hours. The school also communicates poorly. You will be asked to donate a significant amount of additional money at the childrens' programs in the fall and Christmas, something that took us by surprise and, to be honest, was very tacky.

Small school, which means great attention given to every student. Teachers in other grades are able to know my son's name and always acknowledge him. Great academics. Things missing are extracurriculars for lower grades. It would be nice for the children to be able to get to know one another outside the classroom setting.
