“My daughter just started kindergarten this year and I was very worried about her transition, but my fears were soon dissipated by the warmth of the teachers (Mrs. Browdie and Miss Levine), the school administration (Avi Barun Monro and Judy Goldman), and most importantly the parents and the children who attend the school. There is not a single part of the school day that my daughter does not enjoy. I was a product of private schooling and am a firm believer and supporter of private schools, but my experience to date at Community Day surpasses my own wonderful memories. Her day is filled with art, music, gym, reading, writing, math and Hebrew and Judaica studies. She comes home every day with a new Hebrew song, a story she heard in class or a picture she drew in art class. It's a full day, but I have never doubted my decision.”
