Overthrow Records is an artist owned and operated, professional digital recording studio.

Our primary goals are to provide a vehicle for musicians and artists to record their music and other audio, and to find a healthy balance between art and business.

We are an LLC operated by chief audio engineer and producer, Dominic Bartolomucci.  Dominic has been involved in Pittsburgh’s local music community for the last 15 years. He has had the pleasure of working with many national and local artists including the Toasters, Streetlight Manifesto, The Queers, Ten Foot Pole, Punchline, and even Eddie Money. He has also worked events and run live sound for Al Gore, Bill Gates, Gov Ed Rendell, Michelle Obama, CMU professor Randy Pausch and Star Wars’  C3PO Anthony Daniels.

Overthrow’s cozy 600 square foot live room is equipped with state of the art gear but maintains a comfortable and welcoming vibe.
