Disappointing print quality This is not a complaint that is specific to this location, but to Ritz camera in general. I have occasionally given various Ritz stores a try over the last 8 years and always end up taking my business elsewhere. While the customer service is very good (they give you plenty of attention and are very helpful) and there is an excellent assortment of services offered, I have always found Ritz prints from film to be either extremely overexposed or underexposed as well as grainy, never a happy medium. I think that whatever setting they have their machine set at is not correct. And, for the price they charge for a roll of 24 plus Digital CD, I can get a much better deal and better quality at either CVS or Costco.
