Biography:
Joseph St.Esprit(saint-espree) is a 27 year old singer/songwriter from Pittsburgh, PA. Influenced by Radiohead, Jeff Buckley, Pink FLoyd, Led Zeppelin, Joseph combinds elements of rock, jazz and classical in his songwriting.
Joseph St.Esprit's Debut Full CD 'White Flag of War' will be released and available for purchase March 29th, 2008 after 10pm. Joseph's experiemental yet cohesively 'user-friendly' Cd features an expansive sound and wide range of influences set apart from the Pop and Rock styles that are currently popular, laying the groundwork for an alternative yet accessable style.
The album includes artwork by Joseph St.Esprit and music emphasizing themes such as family, friends, war, death, love and hope. Recorded at 701 Studios in Pittsburgh, Pa 'White Flag of War' showcases vocal harmonies and time signatures that take you on a musical and personal journey.
