The Cognoscenti is a brand new art gallery that opened October 4, 2005 in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. Located in Bridgeville,PA  it is just minutes from Exit 54 off I79. This approachable Gallery combines a unique industrial look with a sun-splashed, Tuscan inspiration; sure to please those looking for a unique gallery experience. Wendy DiNicola, the owner and artist, has filled the space with original watercolors and pastels, ranging from modern abstracts to botanical pieces. When visiting Cognoscenti, be sure to see the house portraits (commissioned watercolor rendering of your home) and the "wedding / event" art.  For those in search of that one-of-a-kind wedding  or anniversary gift,  we feature shadowboxed wedding gowns and original watercolor paintings made from your wedding invitation!
