Biography

Vintage Hotcakes is a side business of mine that allows me a creative outlet to pursue my love of sewing & design.  I'm an avid collector of vintage linens, specifically vintage linen tea towels at the moment, & have been inspired to turn these colorful treasures of the past into unique pillows.   To me these pillows look fantastic anywhere you want to add a little eye catching style, but especially on porches & on wicker furniture. 
Each of my pillow sets are unique, no two sets are the same.   They are all completely finished having no seams that may fray.  Each are made from "vintage new " towels & trims, & other all new materials.  They are stuffed with all new 16"x 16" poly-fil pillow forms that may easily be removed from the backside of each pillow.
I do wholesale my tea towel pillows to shop owners & have pillows featured in various stores in the South Hills area (Ambers Treasures in Washington; Chatelaine in McMurray; Sweet Zoo in Hickory ;& The Amish Touch in South Strabane).
I can also be commissioned to make pillows with any heirloom linens you may have.
